As a Student Social Media Strategist & Creator, I contribute to the development and production of digital content for the university’s institutional social media channels, including @UOregon and @CallMeADuck.
As a member of the OSFAS Social Media Team, I create visually engaging graphics and compelling copy to keep UO students and their families informed and educated on essential financial aid matters.
Video Production & Editing
Through the SOJC’s JCOM 103 course, I began developing my skills in video production, camera operation, and editing. As part of the coursework, I created a short demonstration video on How to Tie Your Shoes.
As the Director of Communications for Allen Hall Public Relations, I oversee the firm’s external communications across digital platforms. In this role, I lead the firm’s social media presence by overseeing content across AHPR’s accounts and guiding the overall direction of the firm’s digital communications.
As a member of the WA Media Academy’s Editorial Team, I produced publication-ready features for their website, providing on-site coverage of the event.
I’m a fourth-year Public Relations, Sports Business, and Spanish student at the University of Oregon with a passion for digital storytelling, strategic communication, and sports. I currently work as a Student Social Media Strategist & Creator for the University of Oregon, producing photo, video, and written content for @UOregon and @CallMeADuck while supporting brand consistency and audience engagement.
My experience also includes agency PR through Allen Hall Public Relations and sports communications through the University of Oregon’s Summer Sports Communications Practicum and World Athletics Media Academy, where I contributed editorial coverage of the World Athletics U20 Championships Oregon 2026.
Across my experiences, I’ve developed a passion for content creation, social media, storytelling, and brand-focused communication. As a first-generation college student, I’m motivated by creativity, community, and the opportunity to help organizations tell meaningful stories with purpose.
Public Relations is more than just a career path for me; it’s a creative outlet through which I can share my enthusiasm for media, music, and sports.
